We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items. Fill in the RETURNS FORM or send us an email, within 72 hours we will authorise the return than simply return them to us.
 

  • Unworn in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Shoes must be returned in original packaging, including shoe bags & box.
  • Shoes must be in brand new condition, with no creases in the leather or marks on the outsoles.

 

 

Once we receive the goods back to our warehouse, we will refund their full amount minus any postage cost as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days .We will be obliged to refuse the return of any shoes if they are worn or have any marks or creases on them.

 

 Receipts 
Please make sure you get a receipt when you post back to us. If the parcel goes missing and you do not have a receipt, regrettably we are unable to process a refund.

 

 Free Gift Return/Exchange 
There are no warranties ,guarantees , return ,refund or exchange available on any free gift item whatsoever.
