unworn in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Once we receive the goods back to our warehouse, we will refund their full amount as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days.We will be obliged to refuse the return of any shoes if they are worn or have any marks or creases on them.You will be refunded the full amount less any postage  charges.

 

 Faulty Returns 

For Faulty or incorrect items please contact us to arrange their return upon receipt we will either refund in full or despatch an alternative. 

 

 Receipts 

Please make sure you get a receipt when you post back to us. If the parcel goes missing and you do not have a receipt, regrettably we are unable to process a refund.
